Sending of unsolicited advertising materials to or through the proprietary servers owned and/or rented by MTIndia.org and affiliates, or collection of e-mail addresses from any MTIndia.org server for commercial use, constitutes an actionable trespass to personal property and theft of private resources, and may be construed as willful harassment.

MTIndia Title, trademark, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the service shall remain with Maj (Dr) Amit Chatterjee, SM and MediWeb InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. User and Subscriber acknowledges such ownership and intellectual property rights and will not take any action to jeopardize, limit or interfere in any manner with MTIndia's ownership of or rights with respect to the service.

By using our services you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement you must not use the service.
